What you will be doing
Join the HR team in Compliance & Services. We handle the essential work that keeps the engine running smoothly. This is your chance to jumpstart your HR learning journey with a variety of exciting projects along the way (20 hours per week, salary up to 1700 month). We are an international team of more than 100 people from over 30 countries.
- Manage employee data, holidays, working hours, sick notes
- Independently manage the onboarding of new employees or support feedback interviews
- Take care of essential paperwork: Create contracts, agreements, and documentation
- Respond to incoming and outgoing emails
- Assist with payroll preparation and check salary statements
- Once you're up to speed, you'll be overseeing special projects from start to finish: For example, you'll be managing the setup and operation of the VSOP program
What we value in our candidates
- At least 1 year of professional experience in HR, especially in administration and services
- Genuine interest in Human Resources and willingness to learn about a wide range of topics
- Good written and spoken German and English (both at least B2 level)
- Availability for at least 4 days and 20 hours per week – including at least 1 day per week onsite (Berlin Neukölln)
- Experience with project management and HR software (e.g. Personio, Jira, YouTrack, Confluence)
- Basic knowledge of the German employment and labor law
